Ben Cundiff currently owns and operates Cundiff Farms in Cadiz, Kentucky. His extensive experience in practicing law, banking, business ownership, and serving on a large number of educational and non-profit boards and leadership teams contribute to his wealth of knowledge in understanding what it takes to educate the future leaders of tomorrow on a high level.
Marsha Edwards is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Martha O’Bryan Center. She joined Martha O’Bryan in July 2001 as the Vice-President of Development and Marketing. She brings her background as a litigation attorney and small business owner to the Martha O’Bryan Center, which provides an integrated group of services to the most vulnerable families in Nashville. She is known for her ability to simultaneously speak honestly about the challenges we face in our city; all the while, inspire others with her great belief that together we can solve problems and build a better future for all our young people. Marsha is a native of Dayton, Ohio. She received her undergraduate degree from Warren Wilson College in Asheville, NC and her J.D. from the University of Dayton, School of Law.
Known for her passion for children, especially children without parents, she and her husband, Eric Vaughter, live vicariously through the adventures of their four beloved children, Zach, Devin, Hannah and Mackenzie.
Brock Kidd (Chair) serves as a senior vice president with Pinnacle Asset Management and manages investment portfolios as a wealth manager with Raymond James Financial Services, member FINRA/SIPC.
Kidd began his career in financial services in 1994. In 2009 he received the Nashville Emerging Leader Award for Top Leader in Financial Services. Kidd was also recognized in 2010 as one of Nashville’s “Top 40 Nashvillians under 40” by the Nashville Business Journal. In 2013, Kidd was featured as a Top 50 Investment Bank Rep in the United States by Bank Investment Consultant magazine for the fifth year.
An active member of the Nashville community, Kidd has served on several non-profit boards including chairman of the board at the Martha O’Bryan Center, Nashville’s oldest non-profit mission. He has been a teacher for Junior Achievement at J. T. Moore Middle School. Kidd is an active member of Hillsboro Presbyterian Church, where his father built a sizable ministry as senior pastor. Kidd was also ordained Elder of Session in 2008, ran the church-wide stewardship campaign in 2010 and served as Chairman of the Evangelism Committee. Kidd has been a published writer for Guidepost Books for almost 20 years.
Noni Nielsen (Treasurer) is a Senior Vice President at Bank of America. In her 13 years at Bank of America, Ms. Nielsen has worked in the areas of corporate lease financing and consumer credit risk management and currently leads a risk reporting team. Ms. Nielsen earned her B.A. from Davidson College and her M.B.A from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
